If you’re here, chances are you’re doing meaningful work—and trying to figure out how to sustain and grow it at the same time. That space between where your organization is and where you know it could be can feel overwhelming.

That’s exactly why I created Northstar Nonprofit Strategies.

Growth in the nonprofit sector isn’t always straightforward. What starts as a strong mission and passionate team can quickly evolve into complexity—competing priorities, limited capacity, and systems that no longer support where the organization is headed.

Northstar was built to help organizations navigate that transition with clarity and confidence—bringing structure to growth without losing sight of the mission.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked alongside nonprofit organizations across youth development, health equity, and community-based initiatives.

I’ve helped organizations secure funding, build meaningful partnerships, and strengthen the internal systems needed to support long-term impact—but more importantly, I’ve seen what happens behind the scenes when those systems aren’t in place.

Teams become stretched. Growth feels chaotic instead of exciting. And organizations that are doing incredible work start to feel stuck. This is where I do my best work—helping organizations move from reactive, day-to-day operations to clear, sustainable growth.

Hey there, I'm Kayleigh!
